Instructions

  1. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, which may take about a minute or slightly longer depending on your blender. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Cook the Chorizo: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the chorizo sausage to the skillet.
